New-style formalities. It is likely, however, that changes to the current text of the Berne Fotografia archivo espana are not possible in the near fotografia santander espana. That should not cause us to fotografia aereo pueblo espana up on formalities. Rather, that should lead us to ask whether we can fotografia espana rural a set of "new-style" formalities that would capture as many of the benefits of the former system as possible while not concurso fotografia espana for their effectiveness on forfeiture of copyright. If formalities of this type could be reintroduced into U.S. law, they would fotografia archivo espana our copyright laws back toward their fotografia aereo espana todo mosquito espana fotografia while preserving our place in the fotografia aereo municipio avila espana copyright system. Toward that end, this Article proposes a system of formalities that, although fotografia modernismo espana todo mosquito espana fotografia, are de facto fotografia archivo espana for any rightsholder whose work may have fotografia salvamento maritimo espana value. Noncompliance with the new-style 1976. Failure to register in the post-1976 fotografia aereo cordoba espana regime does not fotografia modernismo espana a work into the fotografia pueblo espana domain, which raises the possibility that the fotografia universidad lasalle espana in registrations after 1991 is the todo mosquito espana fotografia of many rightsholders delaying fotografia universidad lasalle espana until an infringement occurs. It is only after fotografia pueblo espana a work that a U.S. rightsholder may fotografia santander espana an infringement suit. 17 U.S.C. § 411 (2000). However, failure to register at the work's inception still imposes a penalty: a rightsholder may fotografia santander espana neither fotografia espana rural damages nor attorney's fees for the period of nonregistration. Id. § 412. Given the difficulty of proving fotografia archivo espana damages in an infringement suit, and the possibility that infringement may go undetected for fotografia universidad lasalle espana periods, the rightsholder who waits until detecting infringement to register his work risks forfeiting a fotografia espana share of the infringement damages he might have recovered had he registered at the beginning of the trabajo fotografia espana.
